     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 299(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the authority of the director of the Alcoholic                                                         
     Beverage Control Board; extending the termination date of the                                                              
     Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; relating to the application of                                                           
     precedent to decisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board;                                                            
     and providing for an effective date."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Wool moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain                                                                
from voting because of a conflict of interest.  Objection was heard, and                                                        
he was required to vote.
